In this site there will be multiple story arcs, each creating new and wonderful progressions in the world that exists here. This thread will have updates to the story as it progresses. In addition to the what is happening in the Official Story of the site, this thread is the place to go to look back upon what has happened in the past here.
So far:
HOLD and its subsidiary, HOLY, protect the city from Native Alters, and keep criminal activity to a minimum. They are also working on what they call "Operation Inner", where they take residents from outside the wall and force them into hard labor. This labor is slowly expanding the city's borders, slowly causing the Inners to have less space to live a little at a time. Currently, the city spans a solid quarter of the Lost Ground, and is very slowly creeping its way across the land mass. The only reason that the expansion is taking such a long time is the constant opposition by the Native Alters, who are pissed that the city is trying to take over their homes.
